Thanks to the efforts of the Malaga city council, it continues to develop positively, not only for tourists but especially for all residents. The many museums, the clean beaches, the impressive harbor, the authentic bars, the atmospheric squares and, of course, the history of Picasso give this city the shine it deserves. Costa del Sol

One of our favorites is Ronda where we recently built some unique apartments (2020) and a family home (2012). The family home allowed us to use a mixture of modern architecture in combination with local materials.

Saskia Gruijters
Construction & councelling
Saskia completed the “Haarlem Business School”, moved to Spain in 2004 and founded Hypotienda, a mortgage and insurance company. After having sold her company, she invested in various real estate projects and therefore understands all legal, economic, geographical and practical aspects of the Spanish real estate – and construction market.
Saskia is a connector with a great network. She works fast, is honorable and sees or creates opportunities.

In 2003 she moved to Spain, wrote columns, and founded her own design agency. In addition, she and her husband invested in various projects in the authentic Ronda and Olvera. Marieke has a passion for design, architecture, photography and styling.
